We ship internationally to any country served by PayPal (see the country selection drop-down menu during shopping cart checkout).
All credit card orders placed before 3:30 PM PST (Monday through Friday) will ship out the same day. Orders placed after Friday 3:30 PM PST will ship the next Monday morning.
Products from multiple-item orders will not be shipped individually. To save you money, your order will ship once all items from the same order are packaged together.
If you discover an error in your order requiring a correction or a cancellation, please contact us immediately. After an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-defective products are non-returnable. Customers can return defective or incorrectly ordered products within 30 days of your order date for an exchange or a full refund.
To return an item, customers must receive prior authorization before returning the product by contacting customer service at +82-31-322-0528, or at hujoo@hanmail.net. All returned products must be shipped to the following address: #571-1, Rm. 207, Business Center, Yongin Songdam College, Mapyung-dong, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea 449-929
Returned packages must include a copy of your printed invoice. If you do not have your invoice, please include your name, address and phone number so we may contact you regarding any questions we may have.
Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our warehouse. If you need an immediate replacement, we recommend that you place a new order and request a refund of the original order separately.
We are not liable for lost or untraceable packages.
We reserve the right to deny credit or replacements and charge the customer for parts and labor if the products returned are deemed satisfactory or non-defective.
We will cover the shipping costs when returning defective products.
